This process maximises resource efficiency, using up to 95% of each tree and producing minimal waste. Sourced from rapid-growth trees from our own managed forests, these shutters promote rapid tree replenishment. Being fully biodegradable, wood has a significantly lower environmental impact compared to other building materials.

Good joinery is essential for long-lasting shutters. Mortise and tenon joints have been used for centuries in furniture and construction because they’re built to handle serious wear and tear, keeping everything safe and secure.
This joint is created by cutting a mortise (hole) and fitting it with a tenon (solid piece) that locks in perfectly. The result is a strong, seamless connection that doesn’t need screws or fasteners.
Our shutters are designed to go the distance.
Using mortise and tenon joints, they’re built for incredible durability, up to three times stronger than dowel joints which are better suited to drawers or other lightweight applications.
Our proprietary InvisibleTilt’s embedded gear and pinion system offers seamless louvre tilting without a visible rod, giving a sleek, modern look. Unlike traditional hidden tilt systems, which rely on screws that loosen and cause uneven closure, InvisibleTilt eliminates screws and fasteners that can rust or wear out. This ensures precise louvre control for tighter, consistent closure and wider, unobstructed views.
